i feel ya;) i have the exact same problem! the only things that seemed to work for me is to prepare whatever i’m planning to eat, take it to a different room and eat it there. distract yourself afterwards, after 20min you should be safe, by then your body will have produced “satisfying” hormone etc:) also, try not to keep “triggering” foods nearby=) hope it helps xxx
